WoohooTrip is an intermediary travel booking platform.
We do not own, operate, or control the hotels or travel services displayed on the Platform.

When a booking is made, WoohooTrip transmits booking details to the relevant accommodation provider or travel supplier (such as wholesalers, channel managers, or distribution partners) in order to fulfill your reservation.

WoohooTrip acts as:
• a data controller for account and booking management
• a data processor when transmitting booking data to accommodation providers and suppliers

• Nationality and country of residence
• Passport or ID details (if required by accommodation or local law)
• Billing address
• Special requests (e.g., late arrival, bedding preference)

• Hotel booked

Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party licensed payment providers.
WoohooTrip does not store full credit card numbers.

Payment partners may include:
• payment gateways
• installment providers (e.g., buy-now-pay-later services)

The hotel or property you book will receive the guest information necessary to provide the stay, including identification details where required by law.

We may share data with wholesalers, channel managers, and booking distribution providers that supply accommodation inventory to WoohooTrip.

Payment Processors

Your payment details are handled directly by secure third-party payment processors.

Service Providers

Customer support, IT hosting, analytics, and fraud-prevention providers.

Authorities

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority.

WoohooTrip may also share limited booking and device information with fraud prevention, payment risk assessment, and transaction monitoring providers in order to detect unauthorized transactions, prevent chargebacks, and comply with financial regulations.

Because WoohooTrip offers global accommodation, your information may be transferred to countries outside your country of residence, including locations where data protection laws may differ.
