WoohooTrip Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the WoohooTrip website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using WoohooTrip, you (“User”, “Guest”, or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About WoohooTrip
WoohooTrip is an online travel booking platform that facilitates reservations for accommodation and travel-related services offered by independent hotels and third-party travel suppliers worldwide.
WoohooTrip is not a travel agency, tour operator, or accommodation provider and does not own, manage, operate, or control any hotel or property listed on the Platform.
WoohooTrip acts solely as an intermediary that enables users to search, compare, and book travel services.
The accommodation contract is formed directly between the Customer and the accommodation provider or travel supplier, not WoohooTrip.
Booking Sources and Supplier Relationships
Listings on WoohooTrip may be provided either:
a) directly by accommodation providers that have contracted with WoohooTrip, or
b) indirectly via third-party travel suppliers, wholesalers, channel managers, or distribution partners.
For bookings supplied by third-party partners, WoohooTrip acts as a downstream distribution platform and the travel service is fulfilled by the relevant supplier and the accommodation provider.
WoohooTrip is not responsible for errors, rate discrepancies, inventory inaccuracies, or operational issues originating from third-party suppliers or accommodation providers.
The confirmation voucher identifies the booking source and constitutes proof of reservation transmission to the accommodation provider or supplier.
2. Bookings
When you make a booking through WoohooTrip:
• you agree that the reservation is subject to the hotel’s own policies and rules
• you authorize WoohooTrip to transmit your booking details to the accommodation provider or supplier
• the hotel or supplier is responsible for delivering the booked service
WoohooTrip cannot guarantee special requests (e.g., high floor, view, connecting rooms, early check-in, late check-out). Such requests are forwarded but remain at the hotel’s discretion.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices displayed on the Platform are provided by hotels and third-party suppliers.
WoohooTrip:
• does not set hotel prices
• does not control room availability
• does not guarantee continuous accuracy of pricing
In the event of a pricing error, system error, or supplier connectivity issue, WoohooTrip reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking and refund the paid amount without additional compensation.
4. Payments
WoohooTrip may collect payment on behalf of the accommodation provider or supplier.
Payments may be processed via:
• credit/debit cards
• digital wallets
• buy-now-pay-later providers
• alternative or cryptocurrency payment solutions
Your payment method may be charged immediately or according to the rate conditions selected at booking.
By completing a booking, you authorize WoohooTrip and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount.
WoohooTrip does not store full card details.
Payment Collection Role
Where WoohooTrip collects payment, it does so as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of the accommodation provider or relevant travel supplier.
Receipt of payment by WoohooTrip is considered the same as payment made directly to the accommodation provider or supplier. WoohooTrip’s obligation is fulfilled once a valid booking confirmation voucher has been issued to the customer.
5. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions depend entirely on the rate rules provided by the hotel or supplier.
These may include:
• non-refundable bookings
• cancellation penalties
• partial refunds
• no-show charges
WoohooTrip does not determine refund eligibility and cannot override supplier or hotel policies.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after confirmation from the accommodation provider or supplier.
Processing time may take 7–30 business days depending on banking and payment providers.
6. No-Show & Early Departure
If you do not check in on the arrival date (“No-Show”), the accommodation provider may charge the full booking amount.
Early departure, shortened stay, or unused nights are generally non-refundable unless approved by the accommodation provider.
7. Overbooking & Relocation
Accommodation providers occasionally experience overbooking.
In such cases:
• the hotel or supplier is responsible for offering an alternative accommodation or refund
• WoohooTrip will provide reasonable assistance but is not liable for compensation, transportation, upgrades, or additional costs.
8. Guest Responsibilities
You agree to:
• provide accurate guest information
• comply with hotel rules and local laws
• present valid identification at check-in
• pay any deposits, resort fees, taxes, or incidental charges required by the hotel
Hotels may refuse check-in for:
• invalid ID
• incorrect guest names
• failure to meet minimum age requirements
• violation of hotel policies
No refund will be guaranteed in such cases.
9. Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoohooTrip shall not be liable for:
• acts or omissions of hotels or suppliers
• service quality, cleanliness, safety, or amenities
• denied check-in
• force majeure events
• travel restrictions or visa issues
• injuries, losses, damages, theft, or accidents occurring at the property
The hotel or supplier is solely responsible for providing the booked service.
WoohooTrip does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by accommodation providers or third-party suppliers including but not limited to room descriptions, amenities, availability, or pricing. Operational responsibility for the stay remains with the accommodation provider.
10. Force Majeure
WoohooTrip shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, airline disruptions, strikes, or system outages.
11. Chargebacks & Fraud
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a valid booking, WoohooTrip reserves the right to:
• suspend accounts
• recover associated fees
• pursue legal collection where necessary
12. Travel Requirements
Travel Requirements
Customers are solely responsible for verifying passport validity, visa requirements, health requirements, and entry regulations for their destination. Failure to travel or check-in due to immigration refusal, missing documentation, or government restrictions does not qualify for a refund unless permitted by the accommodation provider’s rate rules.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, trademarks, and software belong to WoohooTrip or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
15. Changes
WoohooTrip may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
